Harpers Mill SW Section 4 is one of the biggest Harper’s Mill sections to date to come to fruition. This project required nearly 20 acres of trees to be cleared to allow room for its 79 lots. Additionally, this jobsite has over 7,700 LF of curb and gutter—that is almost 1.5 miles! Throughout the project, CD Hall Construction has ensured proper erosion control measures are in place and has continued to deliver outstanding service, be especially safe, and—as always—deliver the best product in the quickest manner.
